What we collect. WhatsApp phone number, message content and metadata (timestamps, media IDs), order details, and basic usage logs.
Why we collect. To receive and process orders, provide customer support, prevent abuse, and improve our service.
How we process. Messages received via Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API are stored in our systems (e.g., databases/logs) hosted in Singapore. We implement access controls and encryption in transit.
Sharing. We share data with service providers that help us operate (e.g., hosting, analytics) and with Meta Platforms for message delivery. We do not sell personal data.
Retention. Order-related messages are retained for 3 years unless law requires longer or you request deletion.
Your rights. You may request access, correction, or deletion. Email vincent.ho@xruptive.com. For WhatsApp messages, you may also delete messages on your device.

Legal basis. We process data to perform a contract (fulfil orders) and for legitimate interests (support, security). Local laws (e.g., PDPA/GDPR) may grant additional rights.
